Creating tasteful food has always been a essential part of Chef Ronald's life. Being a native of New Orleans, Louisiana he has experienced many different cuisines. He has a niche for cooking Rustic Cajun and French Cuisine. In his early years, he cooked and baked which grew into a greater love that he enjoys.
Throughout high school, he honed his skills and learned everything that he could which earned him two Culinary Awards before graduating. Immediately after graduating from high school, he entered the Culinary Institute Lenotre in Houston, Texas and acquired his Associate of Applied Science Degree in Culinary Arts in 2011.
Since graduating, Chef Ronald has catered events such as weddings, birthday parties, company luncheons and also private dinners. He launched a sold out pop-up restaurant titled "The Elements of Food & Jazz" which featured a 5-course menu with an extensive wine list. It is his desire to continue exploring different cuisines and cultures in efforts to continue creating works of art. Chef Ronald views food as art and the plate as a canvas which then he will create a masterpiece for your taste buds.
